Holy Days:
I offer Blessing Ceremonies to help you be intentional about the changes in your life. Pregnancy. Birthdays. Anniversaries. Moving out, moving in. Beginnings. Endings. I will work with you to co-create ceremony.
Something in the energy changed in the house, I still feel it…I still hear and feel the laughter and song, the whispering of wishes.
—Leonora Torres

Daily Spiritual Practice:
It does make a difference, can be so hard to maintain— and you can start with a few seconds a day. I offer individual and group possibilities to co-create, support, and delight in your practice.

Sacred Space, Icons, and Elements:
I will help co-create your own sacred space: Thresholds; Altars; Shrines; places to gather your thoughts or your friends; places to meditate; spaces to give voice to yourself; spaces to give voice to the Earth.
A house is made of bricks; a home is made of love. This simple truth describes so much of what Jane offers to so many of the people who have been fortunate enough to cross her path.
—Ady Ben-Israel

Space!?
Too cluttered to create sacred space? I can help you get ready.

The Pebble and The Pond:
Release your creativity and create an intimate relationship with Nature and/or with your neighborhood through spiritual and creative practice. A year and a day commitment! Intrigued?

Circles of Freedom:
Healing from the injuries of class for women of all class backgrounds. A six-session workshop.

Blessing Ourselves:
Attention workshop leaders!
Invite me to participate in your workshop.

I photograph the sacred, and I also document the expression of women’s spirituality in the U.S. I use that to foster healing: healing from the many sources of injury that are sometimes known as sexism, or racism, or ableism, among others.
By participating in your workshop, I offer healing for one of the deepest injuries women experience—not being able to see and claim our beauty. Much of my focus is on revealing the Divine within and, at the end, I will lead a ceremony in which participants are given portraits and are led in meditation to see the beauty in all life—including themselves.
Your pictures of me were transformational in that, in those moments where you were taking them, you showed who I was and how I showed up in the world, and my personal power, and actually how I am seen. And in that experience, I had a personal transformation which has included…stepping out into the world in a way that I know I would never have…I don’t know that I would be in this place in my life if it hadn’t been for your work.
—Aradia, a participant in The Priestess Path Apprenticeship. Her portrait is Gaia Rising.

Retreat Centers:
Attention Retreat Center directors!
Many of my photographs have been taken at Starseed, a Retreat and Healing Sanctuary. I am happy to make arrangements to visit your Center and develop a relationship to the land for the benefit of all concerned.

Exhibitions:
Here’s a selection of exhibitions I’ve had which can give you an idea of themes. I am happy to work with you to put together a show that would be of interest to you.

Return to Self: A Journey of Women, Archetypes, and Transformation. This has the possibility of being interactive, with an accompanying workshop and/or a written guide.

Calling All Daughters: An Exhibition of Nature Photography.

In The Blink of An Eye: Always the Possibility of Transformation.

Companions In Awakening.
This is a joint venture with Antonette Jordan which, with her b&w photographs of her African American family representing humanity, and my color prints of the elements and plants accompanied by text, extends our understanding of community.
